Healthy Hump Day

Breakfast Cups


Ham
Egg
Salt
Pepper
Shallots
Cheese
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray. Lay a piece of ham in each cup. Crack an egg into each cup and sprinkle with salt, pepper, shallots, and/or cheese. Bake 10 minutes.
